DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

José Sanchez Reyes Architects LLC (JSRA) is a distinguished architecture and interior design firm, with a strong presence in Miami and Nicaragua, renowned for our commitment to crafting designs that create a complementary relationship and a sensitive architectural response to the site's natural context. Since our establishment in 2005, we've delivered a diverse array of projects, spanning residential, commercial, and resort developments across Latin America and the United States, serving clients from Latin America, the USA, and Europe.

Our firm's achievements include notable awards, such as First and Second Prize in the 2015 CEMEX Building Design Award in the Residential Category, as well as being prominently featured in the recent publication 'Modern Architecture Nicaragua.'

At the core of our design philosophy is an open and transparent dialogue with project stakeholders, paired with a meticulous site analysis. Our inspiration flows from the beauty of the natural world, and our design process is marked by a deliberate, intuitive approach. We eschew rigid theoretical concepts, instead allowing design solutions to organically emerge. Our aim is to consistently strike a balance between a building's purpose and its harmonious coexistence with the surrounding environment, all while respecting the site's unique characteristics.
